Goal Post 8/1/2010

Haha, get it? Goal post? Any how. Here’s what I did last week: (with completed goals crossed out)

Home:

1. One load of laundry washed, dried, and put away every day.

2. Bed made every single day.

3. Water plants daily

4. 20 minutes of dishes or kitchen cleaning every night

5. Swish & Swipe (Explained here) bathrooms daily

Body:

1. Drink 70oz daily

2. Complete Week 2 of Couch-to-5k

3. Keep detailed food log

4. Weight myself Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

5. Do at least 25 crunches daily.

6. Don’t eat after 7pm

New Goals

Home:

1. Condensing the above goals into one. Complete morning routine daily.

2. 5 minute speed cleaning every day.

Body:

1. Drink 70oz. Daily

2. Complete Week 2 of Couch-to-5k. I really wish it would cool off. Makes running miserable.

3. Keep detailed food log, but don’t weigh-in at all.

4. 25 crunches daily

5. Don’t eat after 7pm.

6. Meditate 5 minutes every night. This is a new thing I want to try. It will basically be 5 minutes a night just me, silence, and God. 

7. Lose 1lb.

Oh and how about my big goal from last week? Get the job of my dreams? Checkaroo. I start tomorrow morning at 8am with in-service. Awesome.

2. Complete Week 2 of Couch-to-5k. Only completed day 1 and about 15 minutes of day 2, will have to repeat week 2.

3. Keep detailed log of what I eat and drink.

4. Do NOT weight myself this week.

Time to write my goals for next week… Will post them tomorrow.

Daily Log 7/20/2010

Home: 

1. One load of laundry washed, dried, and put away every day.

2. Bed made every single morning.

3. Water plants daily.

Body:

1. Drink water- at least 64oz a day. 20+20+20+32=92 oz. Rock On!

2. Complete Week 2 Day 1 of Couch-to-5k.

3. Keep detailed log of what I eat and drink.

Yoplait Low Fat Yogurt. Hashbrown and 1/2 chicken biscuit from McDonalds and a coffee. Pop Tart with Dr. Pepper. Grapes, and Strawberries, Chicken Bites, Meatballs with mashed potatoes for dinner. Blueberry Muffin.

4. Do NOT weight myself this week.

Body:

Water Consumed: 64oz. Getting better

C25K Completed: Thursday so not required.

Weight & Ate:(224) No breakfast, sandwich for lunch, pizza for dinner.

Plants Watered:Yes.

Body:

Water Consumed: 6oz + 16oz + 24oz = 46 oz. I really suck at this. Better tomorrow!

C25K Completed: YES! W1D2 Complete!

Weight & Ate:(220.6) Yoplait Light Yogurt. Oatmeal Cream Pie. Reuben and sweet tea for lunch. Diet Dr. Pepper for snack. 2 fajitas for dinner with sweet tea.

Plants Watered: It’s raining so it’s not needed.

Body:

Water Consumed: 18.5oz + 8, ugh not nearly enough… better work tomorrow.

C25K Completed: Not needed today, its a MWF programs.

Weight & Ate:(226) Breakfast-2 eggs, 3 slices of turkey bacon, and a small portion of hashbrowns. A few herseys dark chocolate kisses.

Tomorrow I’m going back to my shake diet until I run out of shakes…

Daily Log 7/12/2010

House:

Laundry Done: Towels are in the dryer now.

Bed Made: No

Plants Watered:Yep, and I sprayed off the front porch and windows.

Body:

Water Consumed: Working on 67.6 right now. Will make the whole 100 tomorrow!

C25K Completed: YES! W1D1 complete!

Weight & Ate:(BreakFast)- Up until 6pm I was doing fantastic! I ordered a footlong ham, egg and cheese, on flatbread at Subway this morning and ate half for breakfast and half at lunch. Up until 6pm I only had 500 calories. Then I binged for REAL. I had a pasta bread bowl at Domino’s followed by yogurt, whip cream, and strawberries with 3 small cookies. Of little importance is the Diet Dr. Pepper I had for a snack during class today and the FUZE slenderize strawberry guava juice I had with dinner. I am stuffed to capacity right now!
