Daily Log 7/26/2010

Home:

1. One load of laundry washed, dried, and put away every day.

2. Bed made every single day.

3. Water plants daily

4. 20 minutes of dishes or kitchen cleaning every night

5. Swish & Swipe (Explained here) bathrooms daily

Body:

1. Drink 70oz daily

2. Complete Week 2 of Couch-to-5k- it was kind of storming so didn’t complete, will do it tonight.

3. Keep detailed food log

4. Weight myself Monday (222.2), Wednesday, and Friday

5. Do at least 25 crunches daily.

6. Don’t eat after 7pm
