And here they are! Again, When I complete a goal I carry it on to the next week and add another goal in that category. If I don’t complete a goal I have to repeat it the next week.
Home:
1. One load of laundry washed, dried, and put away every day.
2. Bed made every single day.
3. Water plants daily
4. 20 minutes of dishes or kitchen cleaning every night
5. Swish & Swipe (Explained here) bathrooms daily
Body:
1. Drink 70oz daily
2. Complete Week 2 of Couch-to-5k
3. Keep detailed food log
4. Weight myself Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
5. Do at least 25 crunches daily.
6. Don’t eat after 7pm
