Weekly Goals 7/18-7/24 Update

Home: 

1. One load of laundry washed, dried, and put away every day.

2. Bed made every single morning.

3. Water plants daily.

Body:

1. Drink water- at least 64oz a day.

2. Complete Week 2 of Couch-to-5k. Only completed day 1 and about 15 minutes of day 2, will have to repeat week 2.

3. Keep detailed log of what I eat and drink.

4. Do NOT weight myself this week.

Time to write my goals for next week… Will post them tomorrow.
