Daily Log 7/20/2010

Home: 

1. One load of laundry washed, dried, and put away every day.

2. Bed made every single morning.

3. Water plants daily.

Body:

1. Drink water- at least 64oz a day. 20+20+20+32=92 oz. Rock On!

2. Complete Week 2 Day 1 of Couch-to-5k.

3. Keep detailed log of what I eat and drink.

Yoplait Low Fat Yogurt. Hashbrown and 1/2 chicken biscuit from McDonalds and a coffee. Pop Tart with Dr. Pepper. Grapes, and Strawberries, Chicken Bites, Meatballs with mashed potatoes for dinner. Blueberry Muffin.

4. Do NOT weight myself this week.
