Last weeks goals:
Laundry Done: Did one load every day. Did not put it away on Friday.
Bed made: all but two mornings.
Plants watered: Only successful 50% of the time.
Watered myself: Not nearly as much. Maybe too lofty a goal initially.
C25K Completed: Absolutely! I have completed week one of the Couch-to-5K program.
Weight & Ate: Didn’t keep great logs; actually gained weight somehow despite increase in exercise and strictly monitoring what I ate.
New Goals:
I will be continuing current goals I did not complete as well as those I did. If I was able to complete one goal I will keep it and add a new one. You’ll see.
Home:
1. One load of laundry washed, dried, and put away every day.
2. Bed made every single morning.
3. Water plants daily.
Body:
1. Drink water- at least 64oz a day.
2. Complete Week 2 of Couch-to-5k.
3. Keep detailed log of what I eat and drink.
4. Do NOT weight myself this week.
This week is going to be great! On top of all of my goals I have one VERY big goal I want to accomplish: GET THE JOB OF MY DREAMS! I have an interview on Friday and I cannot wait. All week I will be preparing for that as well.
And just a note- I am so proud of my self for this past week. Even though I didn’t 100% complete all of my goals we made it to Sunday with a clean house! Clean bedroom, clean bathrooms and my office isn’t too bad either. Today we cleaned out the carport and my car has a place to stay now. We got a new coffee table and TV stand from IKEA and I’m at the point where I am truly proud of my house. Overall I had a very positive week and cannot wait to accomplish even more this upcoming week! I’m striving for 75% success rate on all of my goals.
