House Goals
1. I will do one load of laundry every day. Before I got to bed I will fill a basket with laundry. When I wake up I will put it in the washing machine and start the load. When I get home I will transfer the laundry to the dryer and I will put it away before I go to bed.
2. I will make my bed every morning. A made-bed gives the bedroom a clean appearance and makes me feel calmer while in the bedroom. It gives me a little bit of control knowing that part of the house is perfect every single day.
3. I will water my plants once a day.
Body Goals:
1. I will water my body every day. Drinking water fills me with energy, cleanses out the bad stuff, and keeps me running. I read somewhere you should either drink (at least) half your body weight in water every day, or an ounce for every pound you want to lose. Either way, I need to drink 100oz of water a day for the next week.
2. I will complete Week 1 of the Couch-to-5k Program. This entails 5 minutes of warm-up walking, 60 seconds jogging, 90 walking, 60 jogging, and repeat until I reach 20 minutes. I will do this today, Wednesday, and Friday.
3. I will weight myself every morning and keep a log of everything I eat and drink. Everything.
