Home: Body: 1. Drink 70oz daily 2. Complete Week 2 of Couch-to-5k 5. Do at least 25 crunches daily. 6. Don’t eat after 7pm New Goals Home: 1. Condensing the above goals into one. Complete morning routine daily. 2. 5 minute speed cleaning every day. Body: 1. Drink 70oz. Daily 2. Complete Week 2 of Couch-to-5k. I really wish it would cool off. Makes running miserable. 3. Keep detailed food log, but don’t weigh-in at all. 4. 25 crunches daily 5. Don’t eat after 7pm. 6. Meditate 5 minutes every night. This is a new thing I want to try. It will basically be 5 minutes a night just me, silence, and God. 7. Lose 1lb. Oh and how about my big goal from last week? Get the job of my dreams? Checkaroo.
